HCS SB 441 -- THIRD CLASS CITIES

This bill allows Warrensburg to receive bids from banks doing
business within the city at any regular meeting of the city
council.  Current law allows third class cities to receive bids
from banking institutions once a year, at their regular meetings
in July.  Contracts may be offered for a maximum of 2 years.
